Some I have placed sea glass inside for the final glaze firing after applying glaze, creating a look that looks like water, is flat for holding a tealight for romantic ambiance or simply use for your favorite sauces.
Both of these streight sided bowls have sea glass in the bottom for a perfectly flat bottom for candles and a look of water in the bowl. Please no heat cycle on the dishwasher, it causes crazing in the glaze.
